In this article I introduced to you the works of Matt and Susanne Byers. This husband and wife team has been an active and vital part of our qahal for at least five (5) years. The way in which we met was so weird that all I can say is that it was a result of the guidance of the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit). Brandon J. was meeting with us at the time and he swore that the one person that would not get Torah was his mother Kathy, but she did and grew exponentially from then on. Through her and Brandon I met Tom Dahl, electronically, and later Matt and Susanne. All of these wonderful people have been a huge blessing to us, in mine and Von’s lives. They have been made family by the Ruach, not our mothers, but by our Father, YHVH. Kathy, Matt, Susanne, Big Jim and others were added to us because of this chance meeting. Unfortunately, we lost Tom at a very early age.
As I bragged, in the above article, Matt and Susanne were working on several writing projects. Like Von and I, Matt and Susanne are a team, equally yoked, for the service of our Master Yeshua.
By the Chesed (grace) of the Almighty, I have been very fortunate to hear Matt present their book “A Compiled History of the Netzarim” at the last couple of Sukkot gatherings while compiling it and also our various Scripture studies that we have each week. This is not an audio book but Matt did it live and I honestly did not realize what amount of time had elapsed and was surprised to learn it had been hours each time. This is an almost unknown and forgotten (largely) history of our ancestors in the faith of the Messiah.
If you believe that the Torah is as relevant today as it was in the time of our Messiah, Yeshua Hamaschiach, you need to read “A Compiled History of the Netzarim” to understand the great responsibility you and I have inherited in our faith. Now, that is not all.
Being educators, the Byers could not leave it at that. So, believe it or not, Matt and Susanne have developed a Torah based education system for Torah keepers to educate their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at home. Hello! Corona virus has made people reassess the necessity of institutional (read in: pagan) educations. Now, you have a Torah based alternative. Halellu-Yah!!! I believe it has been updated after the last time I read it and before it was offered for sale.
Lastly, but not leastly (Yes, I just made the word up), Matt has compiled Tom Dahl’s growth, in his own words, from being a cookie cutter Christian to a Born Again Torah Keeping Believer in the Messiah. If you have family members that cannot comprehend the leap of faith necessary from being a “church going Christian” to being a “Full Gospel Believing Servant of the Most High”, this book will show you the transition that takes place, as it takes place, in a person’s mind when the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) gets involved.
Being an author, I know that the publisher of your book sets a price and you cannot offer it for sale below that price, so Matt and Susanne are basically locked in to a price. However, I have been known to offer bulk prices, when possible, and the publisher had no problems with that. It may be the same with these books, you will just have to inquire and find out. ((I guess I will too, since, I gave away my last copy of Tom Dahl’s book. Amazing how fast they go when they are free.))
So, here is the latest from Matt: The Compiled History of the Netzarim is $25.00. If you are buying a book for yourself to learn more about your ancestors in the faith I highly recommend this book as your first purchase. If you can put it down you are going to say WOW!
Next, “A Complete Pre-K -12th Grade Netzarim Curriculum Guide” is $20.00. This is a complete curriculum based in Yah’s Scripture.
And lastly, “One Man’s Journey to the Way of the Netzarim” is $16.00. If you have someone in your family that cannot understand how you got from point A to point B this book will expose to you the thought processes and Scripture that Thomas Dahl used to arrive at the Truth. It may even help you to explain to others what you believe and why.

Friends, this is the best opportunity you will get to learn why you have come to the Truth that you now Love. You will see that the defenders of our faith have laid down their lives so that you can enjoy the fruit of their sacrifices in the comfort of your home. But please, do not be deceived. The time is coming where you and I will be put to the ultimate test of our faith. Many have already died and many more will in the near future. Educate yourselves, your loved ones and your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren so that they will be prepared spiritually for what is about to descend upon the world.
