It was not my plan to write another article in this series. I had actually thought about doing one just after I finished Part VII subtitled the Angel of YHVH but decided against it. One night while teaching about the various mountains and why it seemed that YHVH always focused on mountains, Jim S. (Big Muddy) said, “My head is going to explode. You need to write an article about this so we can refer back to it.” That was in early June of this summer (2017) and Von and I have been extremely busy ever since, and will be until the end of the year, and I put the thought out of my mind, or so I thought. It kept creeping back in and taunting me. So, we are going to talk about the mountains of Elohim, what they are and represent and also where they are. Hang on to your hats, it is going to get wild. First, let me dispel a myth; Torah is not law but instruction. The plural of Torah is Torot. In Judaism the first five (5) books of the Bible are known as Torah but inside the pages there are many instructions for us to use to have a good, loving relationship with our Father/Creator. A friend of mine unknowingly confirmed the necessity of this article in a totally unrelated email. Thanks Kathy!
AUTHOR’S NOTE: I want to take this opportunity to thank the many new readers that have come to the site from all over the world. For at least 2 days there were more readers coming from India than even the U.S. Thank you. Also, I did notice a single reader from Vietnam and that gave me great joy. Thank you for taking the time to come to Codgerville!!! Raphael, as always, I want to thank you and you friends in Brazil for your continued interest. John, thank you very much for your interest. And, finally, I would like to explain that I started this article almost 2 weeks ago now but have been under the weather since I began the article and I am, only now, getting strong enough to continue it. I took 6 pages of notes, front and back and single-spaced and as I look at them my only thought is: “Huh?” So please bear with me.*** Continue reading

**On the lighter side: I saw a bumper sticker during the second Clinton administration that read “If Bill Clinton is the answer it must have been a stupid question.” Please remember this as you go through this article and are given the tools to frame the question. Continue reading
What is in a Name?
Have you ever researched your name? Or, have you researched your family name? Names can be funny in their origins, or practical or based on some new technology of their day. Take for instance the invention of the English longbow. It changed the history of warfare and the political geography of Europe in the 11th century. Look at some of the names that evolved from that technology: Archer, Bowman, Stringer, Fletcher, Knox, Shafter, Pointer, to name a few, but you get the idea. Can you imagine what would happen if technology of the 21st century was used for the same purpose? You would have family names of Blog, Tweet, Chat, Facebook or Facetime, or maybe Apple, Dos, Unix, or Pinterest. Well, maybe not. Continue reading
